These are a great snack enjoyed at any time of the year. If you don’t like things spicy, cut back on the cayenne pepper.
2 cups each Whole Almonds and Pecans
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp each Cayenne, Cumin, Paprika and Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat vinegar and sugar in a pan over medium-low heat.
Add cayenne, cumin, paprika and salt to the pan.
Add nuts and stir to coat. Continue stirring for about 5 minutes until the nuts are covered and sticky.
Spread the nuts as flat as possible on a parchment covered cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 15 min.
When the nuts are cool, break apart any that are stuck together. Enjoy!
