Pickled Baby Corn

Everything tastes good pickled, especially corn. Soon to be a favourite recipe in your household that everyone is sure to love.

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Drain corn and put into a large pot of fresh water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Drain the pot and pack the hot corn into clean, glass jars.
  3. Mix together the ingredients to make the syrup in a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour the syrup over the corn and seal the jars.

INGREDIENTS

  • Baby Corn - 100 oz can
  • White Vinegar - 2 cups
  • Water - 1 cup
  • White Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Alum - a pinch
  • Tumeric - a pinch
