- Drain corn and put into a large pot of fresh water. Bring to a boil.
- Drain the pot and pack the hot corn into clean, glass jars.
- Mix together the ingredients to make the syrup in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Pour the syrup over the corn and seal the jars.
- Baby Corn - 100 oz can
- White Vinegar - 2 cups
- Water - 1 cup
- White Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Alum - a pinch
- Tumeric - a pinch
