Healthy Trail Mix


When you're in need of a great snack for lunches or movie night, this recipe is easy to prepare and is perfect for those that like sweet and/or salty.

  1. Pop the popcorn in the microwave or on the stove. Empty into a large bowl and let cool completely. Remove any kernels that didn’t pop.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients and stir with your hands or a large spoon.
  3. Store in an airtight container.

**NOTE: Feel free to add any other ingredients that you enjoy, such as: dried apricots, roasted pumpkin seeds, yogurt pretzels.


  • ½ cup Popcorn, popped
  • 1½ cup Banana Chips
  • 1½ cup Natural Almonds
  • 1½ cup Natural Cashews
  • 1½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1½ cup Pure Chocolate Chips
